Yes. We ventilate the work area and coordinate with the on-site team. Occupants should not use the surface until the 48–72 hour cure completes.
Porcelain-over-cast-iron, fiberglass, acrylic, cultured-marble and ceramic tile surfaces are the typical candidates. Suitability is confirmed during the pre-bid inspection.
Yes. Removal of a failed or previous refinish is a +$60 add-on per unit. It is disclosed on every bid line item.
