Estimates and pricing
Prices displayed on this website are starting rates for standard-size surfaces in white. A final written estimate is provided after inspection. Additional repairs, severe damage, custom colors, unusual sizes, extensive preparation, or removal of a failed previous coating (add $60) may affect the final estimate. The website does not promise a guaranteed final price.
Scheduling and access
Scheduling depends on safe access, material availability, curing conditions, and utilities. The refinished surface requires 24–28 hours of cure time before use.
Warranty
Refinishing work is covered by a written limited workmanship warranty — ten years residential, one year large-scope commercial — subject to the full terms on our Warranty page. The uploaded warranty document controls if there is any difference between the webpage summary and the original.
