Yes — the vast majority of fiberglass tubs can be repaired. The keys are addressing the underlying flex (soft spots) and matching the topcoat properly.

Structural repair uses fiberglass matting and marine-grade resin. Once the base is solid, we prime and refinish the whole surface with an aerospace-grade urethane for a uniform look.

Signs a fiberglass tub is worth refinishing: dull gel coat, spider cracks, small holes, discoloration. Signs it isn’t: severe structural cracks all the way through, water damage behind the wall, or delamination across most of the surface.

A repaired-and-refinished fiberglass tub lasts 10+ years with proper care. Our full warranty covers workmanship for 5 years in writing.
